Remix Roasters is an independent, Artisan, Micro Roastery and by purchasing their products you are entering an agreement where by you, the customer, are paying for services provided by Remix Roasters, the supplier.
SERVICES
The services include but are not limited to, freshly roasting coffee, grinding coffee, sending and supplying all coffee advertised. Upon receipt of the product, Remix Roasters service to you ends. However, they guarantee to supply you with ongoing duty of care and support whilst you remain their customer. So in the event that you are unhappy with your product for whatever reason or you have any concerns or queries regarding your product please do not hesitate to contact Remix Roasters so they can rectify any issues as quickly as possible.
CROSS CONTAMINATION
All coffee is handled and roasted in an uncontaminated, sterile, environment, free from any other consumable products. Remix Roasters, however, can not guarantee that the raw, green beans, have not come in contact with any other consumable products such as nuts during the harvesting and bagging process. Due to the roasting and brewing methods of the beans, should any previous cross contamination have occured, it is highly unlikely to cause any affect to any allergies. If you are concerned for any reason please do not hesitate to contact Remix so they can help put your mind at ease.
SHIPPING
Once the finished product has been collected by the courier, Remix Roasters is no longer responsible for the condition of the product. Should your product arrive in an unsatsifactory condition then Remix Roasters will discuss the issue with the courier company and enter a dispute process with them. Remix Roasters hires next day delivery service but can not always guarantee this due to delays with the courier service itself such as bad weather/road conditions.
RETURNS
As all products produced by Remix Roasters are perishable therefore not eligible for refunds once opened.
