SHIPPING
Remix Roasters aims to roast and ship your coffee as quickly as possible. Coffee will either be roasted to order or your desired product will already be bagged and ready to ship. Either way, due to the next day delivery service Remix employs, they aim to have your coffee with you between 24 and 48 hours from purchase. At this moment in time, Remix is only able to ship to Mainland UK.
PACKAGING
Remix cares about the planet and the natural World, so try and source sustainable packaging that is recyclable and compostable.
COSTS
Shipping typically costs £4, once you spend over £25 with Remix you qualify for free shipping so as the weight of your order goes up your shipping costs should not. Free, local shipping available around Eastbourne and parts of Hove, please enquire to see if you qualify. There are no options to pick up locally at this time.
RETURNS
Due to coffee being a perishable product, Remix do not accept returns but can offer refunds at their discretion. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason then please do not hesitate to Contact Remix and they will do their best to support you and help rectify the situation.
